Camera Operators Needed

As our online ministry continues to reach those outside our church walls, we’re looking for more camera operators to record our weekend services. No experience? No worries. We’ll provide training and a great environment for you to grow in. To learn more, email Sam Van Nest at svannest@lifeatpathway.com.

Discover Membership

If you’re newer to Pathway and you’re interested in becoming a member, please join us for our next Discover Membership Class, which will be led by Pastor Jeff McNicol. The class will run from 5-8pm on Sunday, April 6. We’ll provide a light meal for all and child care by request. Email Mattie Livada at mlivada@lifeatpathway.com to let her know you’ll be coming.

New Church Database
Pathway has introduced a new database called Planning Center. This network will make it easier for staff, volunteers, and attenders to check in, create groups, search for people, and support our ministries through giving. We’ll share training dates for volunteers in the weeks ahead.

Questions? Email Mattie Livada at mlivada@lifeatpathway.com.

Hurricane Relief

Pathway is sending another team to North Carolina to serve those impacted by hurricanes Helene and Milton. The trip will take place from June 29-July 4. To sign up or to learn more, email Mattie Livada at mlivada@lifeatpathway.com. Deadline to register is April 6.

Pathway Church Turns 50!
A half-century of hope, healing, and heavenly vision. Fifty years of God’s faithfulness. And plenty of golden and glorious moments. No matter how we describe the life of our church since 1975, one thing is certain: We’ve got LOTS to celebrate — and that’s exactly what we plan to do the weekend of March 27/30! Be sure to mark your calendars and join us for some fun and memorable activities as we observe the 50th anniversary of Pathway Church! During each of our services we’ll hear from some Pathway family members who have been with us since the very beginning, we’ll praise God for His provision and protection, and we’ll distribute a special keepsake publication that documents the transformation of Pathway through the years. Because we want to celebrate as a church body during each of our gatherings in Chippewa and in Moon, there will not be a Classic Service that weekend. So please join us in the main auditorium as we share mountains of memories and special stories from our past. And in the process, we’ll give thanks to you for helping us create them.

SonZone Dates Set

It’s never too early to get ready for SonZone, the best week of summer for kids who have finished kindergarten through fifth grade! This year’s big event will take place the week of July 14-18. If you’re a parent of kids who enjoy fun in the sun, you won’t want to miss this incredible week! And if you’re an adult or teen with a heart for serving children, we’d love to have you help! Registration will open in April.

Premarital Counseling
Did you know Pathway Church offers premarital counseling? If you are planning to get married in the fall or spring, we encourage you to sign up for a six-session counseling program with one of our pastors. It’s practical. It’s enlightening. And it’s a wonderful way to strengthen your relationship before walking down the aisle. To register or to learn more, email Mattie Livada at mlivada@lifeatpathway.com.

Help us in Crosstown

Our Children’s Ministry often needs extra help on Thursday nights and Sunday mornings — would you be willing to serve with us? We are looking for “floaters” to cover last-minute cancellations or to be in rooms that could use additional assistance during each of our services. You can join us once a month, once every two months, or even once a quarter. To sign up or to learn more, email lnilsen@lifeatpathway.com.

Pathway Preschool Registration
Are you looking for your children to start their educational journey in a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment? Pathway Preschool is now enrolling students for our 2025-26 school year and your kids will LOVE it!  Pathway Preschool offers morning classes for 3-, 4-, and 5-year-olds, and our curriculum meets all state standards. Your child’s experience also will be enhanced through weekly Bible stories and memory verses. Class sizes are limited, so secure your spot now at preschoolatpathway.com. If you have any questions before registering, please email Colleen Curti at ccurti@lifeatpathway.com.

The Chisel

Are you struggling with hurts, habits, or hang-ups? Please know you are not alone. And you never have to face your struggles alone again. We hope you will consider joining us at The Chisel, a support group that offers hope, healing, and restoration through the power of Christ. The Chisel helps spur recovery through a 12-step program based on God’s Word and Jesus’ specific instructions for Christian living from the Beatitudes. Winter is a wonderful time to get started, and we’d be honored to walk alongside you. The Chisel is committed to confidentiality, and we promote an atmosphere of deep trust as your life transforms. We meet from 7-9pm each Monday, all year round. To learn more, text or call Mark Stewart at 724.650.6005.

Nominating Committee

Our Nominating Committee is seeking qualified men to serve as Elders for the 2025-2026 church year. Members may recommend someone who has been a member for more than a year and satisfies the criteria of 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. Submit names to Elder Chairman John Marx by calling 412.327.1909 or by emailing 109clearview@gmail.com.

Pathway Career Opportunities

Is God calling you to become more involved in the life of our church? We invite you to prayerfully consider these exciting career opportunities:

Children’s Director Our Children’s Ministry at Pathway serves kids from birth through fifth grade. The ideal candidate for this full-time position would cast a compelling vision, train and equip paid staff and volunteers, and create an environment where children can grow in the knowledge and love of God.

Unlimited Coordinator — We are looking for a coordinator to lead this unique ministry, which serves families who have children with special needs. You would oversee activities during each of our services, and possible Respite Nights. The time commitment would be five to 10 hours per week.

Women’s Ministry Director — The qualified candidate would oversee our women’s Bible studies, retreats, and other activities during the year. The time commitment would be about 15-20 hours per week.

Communications Developer — We’re looking for an individual with talent in graphic design, videography, and/or social media promotions. This part-time position would require 10-20 hours per week, depending on experience.

If you are interested in any of these roles, you can schedule an interview by emailing Executive Pastor John Westurn at jwesturn@lifeatpathway.com.

Praying For Pathway

Pathway is looking for a few more prayer warriors to join our Prayer Chain. If you would like to be part of a team that regularly prays over the needs of our attenders, write “Prayer Chain” and your email address on your Connect Card and drop it into the offering. Once you are part of the chain, you will receive emails with requests a couple of times a week.

Join Our Worship Ministry
Has God gifted you with musical talent? Pathway is looking for singers, piano players and guitar players to join our vibrant Worship Ministry. If you would be willing to serve with us, email Mattie Livada at mlivada@lifeatpathway.com.

Free Digital Content

We’re passionate about providing opportunities for vibrant spiritual growth here at Pathway, and we’re offering a free digital resource to help your family draw closer to God! It’s called RightNow Media and it features more than 20,000 videos you can stream on your smart phone, tablet, or TV. You can access world-class biblical content on your way to work, during lunch, at the gym, or any time that fits your busy schedule. Just write your email address on your Connect Card along with the words “RightNow Media.” We’ll take it from there.

Priorities of Pathway

We believe worshiping, growing, and serving are vital to the life of our church, so our desire is for each of you to engage in all three areas. Here’s how:

Worship: Take part in one of our weekend services in Chippewa or in Moon.

Grow: If you desire spiritual growth, prayer and friendship, join one of our weekday small groups or a Sunday morning group.

Serve: We offer a variety of ministry opportunities where you can serve God and each other. Jump in and find your fit!
