Pathway is one church in two locations, serving more than 1,500 people at campuses in Beaver Falls and in Moon Township, PA, just north of Pittsburgh.  We are currently  looking to fill several full- and part-time  positions in our church. Here are the job descriptions:

Children’s Ministry Director — The ideal candidate would give leadership to the Children’s Ministry (birth through grade 5) including casting a compelling vision, training and equipping of paid and volunteer staff, and creating an environment where children can grow in the knowledge and love of God.

Women’s Ministry Director — The ideal candidate would oversee our women’s Bible studies, retreats, and other activities during the year. The time commitment would be about 15-20 hours per week.

Unlimited Coordinator — We are looking for a coordinator to lead this unique ministry, which serves families who have children with special needs. You would oversee activities during each of our services, and possible Respite Nights. The time commitment would be five to 10 hours per week.
