Moms @ Pathway - First Fridays

Join us the first Friday of each month for a playdate at Pathway’s Playland. It is a wonderful time to connect with other moms and let the kids burn off some energy. Coffee will be provided.

Women’s Bible Study Fall 2024

We are so excited to be studying through the first part of Matthew this semester. Our curriculum walks through the first 13 chapters of the book, covering the birth of the long-awaited Messiah to the sending out of the Twelve Disciples. In these chapters we will focus on Jesus's identity as the long awaited Messiah and King of the Jews. We will see Matthew show how Jesus fulfills the Old Testament prophecies and messianic promises. Finally, we will see how Jesus shows us what the kingdom of heaven looks like as Matthew repeatedly reminds us "the kingdom of heaven is at hand".

For your convenience, we’ll gather in two different ways — in person or online:

•In Person for Women — Teaching and small groups each Tuesday from 9:15-11:15am or from 6:30-8:30pm.

•On Zoom for Women — Each Wednesday from 8-9pm (The teaching video will be released by Tuesday evening.)

When: Begins September 10/11

Study Length: We will meet for 12 weeks.

Mom’s Night Out - November

Join us for our Mom's Night Out (MNO) on Monday, November 18. We will kick off the night with Grace Fit Yoga at BWell Nation and then head over to Applebee's for dinner. Childcare is available with a monetary donation and will take place at the church from 5:15-8pm.

Where: GraceFit Yoga @ BWell Nation (605 Darlington Rd, Beaver Falls, PA) and Applebee's (Chippewa)

When: Monday, November 18 at 5:30pm

What: Yoga begins at 5:30pm and is a 45 minute class. We will head to Applebee's right after. You can join us for either or both portions of the night!

Hike & Devotion - November 2024

The air is crisp, the leaves are changing and is there anything more uplifting than a hike in God's creation on a beautiful Saturday morning? There is, actually. It’s connecting with other women while we walk!

And that’s exactly what we’ll do during our next Hike & Devotion! We hope you can join us on November 16 as we hit the trail.

Here are the complete details:

What: Join us for a moderate hike through woodland and wetland - a beautiful loop hike near Sewickley, PA. 

When: 9am on Saturday, November 16

Where: Toms Run Nature Reserve; Toms Run Road, Kilbuck Township, PA 15143

Carpooling from Pathway is available and will leave at 8:15am.

Dignity Ministry
Dignity robes meet on the third Wednesday. Dignity quilts meet on the second and fourth Tuesdays. Also, we meet on the fourth Tuesday from 12:00-3:00 pm to sew hats, pillows and seat belt pads.

This ministry serves the needs of cancer patients by making items to comfort them. Dignity Robes provides modesty for women undergoing breast and lung cancer radiation treatments, while Dignity Hats offers hats and turbans for patients. Dignity Quilts sews quilts for patients to use during treatment. We also make small pillows to ease the aches and discomfort patients might experience during treatments. All items benefit patients at Heritage Valley, AHN Beaver, Hillman Cancer Beaver, Dialysis Clinic Chippewa and DaVita Clinic in Moon.

Take-home kits are available for those who want to work at home. If you would like to serve in this ministry, contacting Tamara Price or Sharon Welsh (quilts only).
