A Minnesota native, John joined the Pathway staff in October 2007. He attended Northwestern University for Bible and Business Management before getting his master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at Bethel College. At Pathway, John works closely with the ministry staff and oversees the growing support staff. Another large part of his role is personal connections through home visits, counseling, and getting to know our regular attenders at church. John enjoys spending time with his wife, Michele, and their 3 children and two grandchildren. John and Michele are avid hikers and are working towards visiting all 63 national parks.
Jason came to Pathway Church in June 2010. He began his ministry career in 1999 at his home church in Albany, Oregon. In 2002, he earned a Master of Divinity degree at Western Seminary in Portland. Before relocating to Beaver County, he served at churches in both Oklahoma and California. Jason and his wife, Elisa, have eight children: Halle, Braedon, Ella, Lola, Jaellyn, Milla, Winston, and Opall. Jason is passionate about seeing people grow as worshipers of God, and is excited to lead Pathway in song every weekend.
Ben joined the Pathway Staff in August of 2018. He is originally from Mishawaka, Indiana, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Christian Education from Taylor University, then went on to receive a Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty University’s Baptist Theological Seminary. Ben has a passion for discipling teenagers, teaching the Word of God (and, obviously, playing dodgeball and guitar). Ben and his wife Connie were married in May 2014 and have 3 daughters, Aliya, Sophia, and Elliana and a dog named Molly.
Jenna has been on Pathway's staff since 2017. She studied Elementary and Special Education at Westminster College, then earned a Master's Degree in Special Education from Slippery Rock University. Before coming to Pathway, Jenna taught Special Education for eight years and her desire is for the church to be accessible to all people. She is passionate about biblical literacy and seeing women and children come to know and love Jesus. Jenna loves to hike and spend time with her four children: Ella, Everly, Adelaide, and Lydia.
Jeff has been the Senior Pastor at Pathway Church since January 1999. He came to Beaver County after serving for 13 years at a church in Minnesota. The Chicago area native earned a bachelor’s degree at Trinity International University and a Master’s of Divinity at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Jeff and his wife, Carolyn, have two daughters, Melissa and Megan. Jeff’s primary focus is preaching and leading the staff and ministries of Pathway. He is passionate about God’s Word, seeing people grow deep in faith, his family, basketball and Chicago-style pizza!
